Wendy Sleaman from the Animal Welfare League at Coomboobah on the Gold Coast, is a Labrador breeder and a senior instructor at the Gold Coast Dog Club. She was nominated for the Best Trainer category of the 2009 'Paws and Claws' award.
Wendy Asher (below) is a senior instructor at the Gold Coast Dog Obedience club and during their holiday period has helped with Sunday morning puppy schools. She is one of the few Australian trainers to have attended a Bob Bailey chicken training camp in USA. After classes she has showed the instructors the importance in all animal training - chickens and dogs too - of timing, rate or reinforcement and raising criteria correctly. Caryl Oates, a Delta Accredited Canine Good Citizen instructor, is the owner operator of Tailwaggers Dog Training at Chinchilla in Qld.
Dianna Cooper, also a Delta Accredited Canine Good Citizen instructor, is the Director of Training for Australian Support Dogs in Sydney an organisation that trains dogs to assist people with physical disabilities. Teaching dogs to open and close doors, put rubbish in bins, open a refrigerator, turn on light switches, take socks and slippers off their owner's feet and numerous other tasks takes 'training' to a level that most of us can only aspire to. She showed a Saturday morning class the initial steps in training assistance dogs by way of clicker training and targeting.

Brigitte Fox is a Level 1V Veterinary Nurse who runs week night puppy school at several local veterinary surgeries. On Sunday mornings she has assisted from time to time with puppy training at C.L.E.A.R.
Tiffany Marshall is also a Level 1V Veterinary Nurse who runs week night puppy schools at Veterinary practices. She brought her own Australian Bulldog puppy, Harriet, to both puppy one and puppy two at C.L.E.A.R. Since then she has on occasion readily helped out when required at short notice. Here she can be seen below explaining tick paralysis to a graduating class of puppy owners.
Vickie Davy (standing, far left) & Lin Groome (a Veterinary nurse, 2nd right) are Delta accredited Canine Good Citizen TM Instructors who did their qualifying video component of the Delta Certificate 1V course at C.L.E.A.R Dog Training. They provide invaluable advice & assistance for people with problem dogs at private lessons. They have attended many different group training sessions & are seen here with a class of seven puppies graduating from Sunday 'flexi week' puppy school.
